Business Marketing Manager

We need a Business Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition for business growth. You'll manage B2B marketing, creating and executing profitable campaigns across digital channels and partnerships to boost business revenue. We're looking for a creative, data-savvy marketer to promote our business roles.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all online and offline channels including search, display, social, electronic direct marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Improve marketing acquisition by lowering costs and targeting the most valuable customers for the business.
  • Working with sales teams to understand the day-to-day success of campaigns.
  • Use marketing intelligence, customer insight & analysis to understand their audiences and the effectiveness of their campaigns.
  • Comprehend and provide reports against engagement program KPIs, Forecast, track, analyze and report on activity.
  • Collaborate with essential stakeholders from agency and internal partners to find improvements to the campaigns.
  • Use and improve the campaign briefing process.
  • Use test and learn approach to campaigns to ensure continued success.

OUR FUTURE TEAMMATE HAS:

  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant studies.
  • An ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of full mixed marketing as well as a strong grasp of all pertinent marketing channels.
  • Candidates should demonstrate creativity in their thinking and showcase proactive problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in an acquisition of the markets or similar role such as a broader CRM role.
  • Ideally a good understanding of Google Analytics & Web Trends.
  • The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills.
  • Candidates should ideally possess 3-5 years of experience in a B2B role focused on data-driven and digital marketing.
  • Experience with campaign execution from concept to reporting.
  • Good knowledge of marketing technology tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce and WordPress.
  • A strong grasp of web analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven (performance) marketing.
  • The candidate prioritizes business results and customer satisfaction while excelling in creative problem-solving.
