Marketing Strategist (B2B)
We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded marketing professional to take ownership of the long-term development and growth of our marketing strategy. We seek someone who can see the bigger picture, establish solid foundations, create and implement a strategy, and collaborate with relevant teams and external partners to achieve success together.
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a long-term B2B marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Create action and communication plans with clear priorities and resource requirements
- Work on brand strategy, increasing brand recognition, and positioning the company in the market
- Collaborate with sales and development teams to align marketing efforts with business needs
- Manage external agencies and partners to ensure efficient execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Leverage analytics and market research to optimize strategies and make informed decisions
- Plan and oversee the marketing budget to ensure sustainability and efficiency of marketing activities
- Organize and coordinate events, trade shows, and networking activities to strengthen brand presence
- Continuously improve marketing processes through testing, performance analysis, and optimization
OUR FUTURE TEAMMATE HAS:
- English proficiency is a must
- Previous experience in the IT industry, with 3-5 years in a B2B role focused on data-driven and digital marketing
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Understanding of key B2B marketing channels and tactics
- Strong analytical skills and strategic decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales teams and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), with a strong ability to analyze data and optimize marketing efforts
- Experience working with external partners and agencies
- Creativity and a strategic approach to content creation, branding, and campaign execution
- Understanding of lead generation and demand generation strategies in a B2B environment
- Knowledge of data analysis and marketing automation tools
- Project management skills – ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Test-and-learn mindset – willingness to experiment, analyze results, and improve marketing initiatives
