Office manager

Do you enjoy upgrading workspaces and making them functional, organized, and fun? But also love working with people? Then we have a position for you!

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing office space and making sure everything is running smoothly
  • Greeting guests, as well as other employees, and providing them with the necessary information
  • Procurement of office and kitchen supplies
  • Creating and maintaining an office budget; making monthly reports
  • Procurement of work equipment (computers, laptops, headphones...)
  • Maintaining and updating the list of IT equipment, assigning equipment, and arranging necessary repairs
  • Monitoring the work of cleaners and repair men
  • Organizing client visits to our Novi Sad office (booking accommodation, helping with paperwork…)
  • Help with organizing team building and other company activities
  • Working closely with the HR department on onboarding activities

OUR FUTURE TEAMMATE HAS:

  • Strong organization, planning and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in the English language (writing and speaking)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Proactivity and resourcefulness are a must
  • An active driver's license
  • Previous experience in similar positions is a plus
  • A higher education or bachelor's degree is nice to have

Technical testing with our senior developers, that consists of logical, practical, and theoretical questions

The final interview during which we talk in depth about position specifics, negotiate job offer details, and set growth goals
