IT Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused IT Sales Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients, drive new business opportunities, and ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at building long-lasting relationships, developing a deep understanding of customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client objectives. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and a passion for exceptional customer service.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation in the Benelux.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Responsible for our business development in Benelux from the Netherlands.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Analytical skills, driven, inquisitive and innovative.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with clients and colleagues regarding plans, products, issues and timelines.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

OUR FUTURE TEAMMATE HAS:

  • You are a people manager, customer manager, and business manager
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Dynamics 365 or Sales Navigator)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Your are familiar with Microsoft Development Platforms
