Sales Representative

We seek a driven IT Sales Representative to grow client relationships, open new opportunities, and deliver impactful IT solutions. You’ll act as the key contact for prospects and clients, combining sales expertise with technical insight to understand needs and craft tailored solutions. If you’re proactive, customer-focused, and thrive on building long-term partnerships, this role is for you.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan that aligns with company objectives and market trends
  • Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on Western Europe (Primary Focus in The Netherlands)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities. potential risks and creating reports
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset
  • Execute effective sales KPIs, plans and strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Supporting CEO in working with clients and expanding the network
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
  • Represent the company on industry relevant events
  • Driving revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting and sourcing leads

OUR FUTURE TEAMMATE HAS:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT or similar industry
  • Sales and business development experience in Western Europe (primary focus in the Netherlands)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Dutch and English
  • Technical knowledge about Microsoft ecosystem and technologies
  • Proven track record of being involved in entire sales process, from identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the latest technologies and trends
  • A strong combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and great communication skills
  • Proficiency in business and sales tools
