About The Client

We were hired by an intermediary company from Australia, which kept in touch with the main stakeholders. Their idea was to create an application for the Chinese market that offers the possibility of applying for smaller loans.

Overview

Truslend is a mobile application that allows users to easily check if they are qualified for smaller loans. After pre-qualification, the user applies for a loan and together with friends can monitor the progress of the process. In addition, there is a separate application for investors, who are given the opportunity to invest in loans that have potential.

The Client's Request

The idea was to create an application for the Chinese market that offers the possibility of applying for smaller loans. The application would let users easily check if they are qualified for smaller loans. There would also be a separate application for investors, who are given the opportunity to invest in loans that have potential.

As the clients had already brainstormed with the stakeholders at the time ElanWave was engaged, we received a photo of the flow idea board and were tasked with elaborating their idea. What needed to be created was the app itself, an investor app, as well as a dashboard for the bank. Of course, there we key features which needed to be focused on, such as: enabling a quick check of credit application, a credit scoring system, a status checker for the users, a repayment calculator to review loans, and many more.

The Result

The result were multiple apps for this platform, all very accessible and easy to use. Features like the repayment calculator and quick loan pre-approval solved issues of complexity and made the application understandable even for people who are not well versed in finance. A levels system, with certain benefits was also introduced in order to further the engagement of the users.
